Automated access for AI training is expressly prohibited without a written agreement with Evntx FZCO.

The software is licensed separately

AANCER is enterprise software licensed only under a separate written agreement between your organisation and Evntx FZCO. This website does not offer, sell, or license the software; it does not create any contractual relationship regarding the software; and no statement on it modifies any licence agreement. If you hold a licence, its terms govern your use of the software in full.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evntx FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Severability and changes

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
