Careers

Build the AI platform that stays inside the perimeter.

AANCER is a small team across five offices building sovereign enterprise AI: chat over private knowledge, no code automation, governed agents and an extension platform, all installed on the customer's own hardware. We hire people who like to see their work run in production at a bank, a ministry or a factory, and who write down what they did so an auditor can read it later.

How we work

Small team, serious customers.

Ownership

You ship the whole thing

Schema, API, tests, release note and the customer guide. Every feature has a name on it and a reader at a customer who will notice if it is wrong.

Evidence

Numbers we can reproduce

We publish only what we measured. The same rule applies inside: a claim in a design review comes with the benchmark or the log behind it.

Place

Hybrid, from a real office

Each role is based at one of five offices with time on customer sites where the work needs it. We are not a remote only company and we do not pretend otherwise.

Partner Manager, MENA

Dubai, United Arab EmiratesFull timeHybrid

Build and run the partner programme across the Gulf: the consultancies, system integrators and regional software firms who will implement AANCER for banks, government entities and regulated enterprises. AANCER licenses the platform; partners keep all of their services revenue, and you make that model work in the region.

What you would do

  • Recruit, qualify and onboard implementation partners across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf
  • Run partner enablement: certification paths, joint account plans, deal registration and margin floors
  • Own the partner pipeline in the CRM and the quarterly forecast that comes from it
  • Represent AANCER at GISEC, GITEX and partner events, and bring the field back into the product roadmap
  • Work with the founders on pricing and contract terms for the region

What we need

  • Five or more years in channel or alliance management for enterprise software, with a track record of partners who actually sold
  • A network among Gulf system integrators and consultancies in financial services or the public sector
  • Comfort explaining sovereignty, data residency and AI governance to a CISO and to a procurement officer
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Nice to have

  • Experience with DIFC or SAMA regulated buyers
  • Time spent on the implementation side before moving to partnerships

Partner Manager, DACH

Frankfurt, GermanyFull timeHybrid

Build the implementation partner network for Germany, Austria and Switzerland from our Frankfurt office. The buyers are Mittelstand and regulated enterprises who want AI inside their own perimeter; the partners are the consultancies and integrators they already trust.

What you would do

  • Recruit and onboard DACH implementation partners, from boutique AI consultancies to established SAP and Microsoft integrators
  • Run enablement and certification, and keep partner pipeline and forecast honest in the CRM
  • Co-sell on the first deals with each partner until they can run alone
  • Feed regulatory and market signals from DACH, EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA, back to the product and content teams
  • Represent AANCER at it-sa, Hannover Messe and partner events

What we need

  • Five or more years in channel or alliance roles for enterprise software in DACH
  • Working knowledge of how German enterprises buy: Betriebsrat, Datenschutz, procurement cycles
  • Able to hold a technical conversation about on premises deployment, identity and audit
  • Fluent German and English

Nice to have

  • Background in the SAP ecosystem or in public sector IT
  • Experience with AI governance or compliance tooling

Partner Manager, Southern Europe

Barcelona, SpainFull timeHybrid

Open Spain, Portugal and Italy for AANCER through implementation partners, from our Barcelona office. Regulated industries in the region are moving to sovereign AI, and the integrators who serve them need a platform they can build a practice on.

What you would do

  • Recruit, qualify and onboard implementation partners in Spain, Portugal and Italy
  • Design and run the enablement programme in Spanish and English
  • Own partner pipeline, forecast and deal registration in the CRM
  • Co-sell the first deals and hand over cleanly once a partner is certified
  • Bring local regulatory and market context, including the EU AI Act and national supervisors, into the roadmap

What we need

  • Five or more years in partner, channel or alliance management for enterprise software
  • A working network among Iberian consultancies and system integrators
  • Enough technical grounding to explain on premises AI, identity and audit trails credibly
  • Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese or Italian is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to banks, insurers or public administrations in the region

Senior Software Engineer, Platform

Bengaluru, IndiaFull timeHybrid

Build the platform that runs enterprise AI inside the customer's own perimeter: the gateway, the automation engine, the connector layer and the extension platform. Everything ships as signed images that customers install on their own hardware, sometimes fully air gapped, so correctness and operability matter more than novelty.

What you would do

  • Design and build backend services in TypeScript and Node, with Postgres, Redis and Kubernetes underneath
  • Own features end to end: schema, API, tests, migration, observability and the release notes a customer reads
  • Extend the connector catalogue and the MCP integration layer with security review built in
  • Keep the release gate green: render suites, end to end tests and a live gate on every cut
  • Review code with an eye for the audit trail, the permission model and the failure mode

What we need

  • Six or more years building production backend systems, at least two in TypeScript
  • Real experience operating what you built: on call, incident reviews, upgrade paths
  • Solid grasp of authentication, authorisation and secrets handling
  • Fluent written and spoken English; the team spans four countries

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes and Helm packaging for customer installed software
  • Experience with workflow engines, RAG pipelines or LLM gateways

Senior Software Engineer, Product

Barcelona, SpainFull timeHybrid

Build the product surfaces enterprises actually use: the workflow designer, the agent designer, dashboards and the extension platform that lets a department adapt AANCER with signed packs instead of code changes. You work close to European customers and to the Bengaluru platform team.

What you would do

  • Build and refine the designer and dashboard surfaces in React and TypeScript, backed by the platform APIs
  • Turn customer feedback from DACH and Southern Europe into shipped features
  • Own accessibility, localisation in four languages and right to left layout as first class concerns
  • Write the customer guide for what you ship, in plain words
  • Pair with the platform team on API design so the UI never papers over a backend gap

What we need

  • Five or more years in product engineering with modern React and TypeScript
  • A portfolio of shipped enterprise features, not only prototypes
  • Care for detail in forms, tables, permissions and error states
  • Fluent English; Spanish helps with local customers

Nice to have

  • Experience with visual editors, canvas UIs or workflow tools
  • Familiarity with design systems and WCAG 2.1 AA

AI Engineer, Models and Retrieval

Bengaluru, IndiaFull timeHybrid

Make local models useful in production: the model gateway, retrieval over private documents, context compression and the guardrails that decide what a model may see and do. Customers run on their own GPUs, often without internet, so efficiency and honest evaluation are the job.

What you would do

  • Run model operations on the gateway: registration, routing tiers, failover and per route cost attribution
  • Improve retrieval quality over enterprise documents, hybrid search, chunking and citation accuracy
  • Evaluate models and prompts with measured benchmarks on real workloads, and publish the numbers internally
  • Build and tune guardrails: injection detection, classification ceilings and sovereignty enforcement
  • Work with the platform team on the agent runtime and tool calling

What we need

  • Four or more years in applied machine learning or LLM engineering with production responsibility
  • Hands on with open weight models, inference servers and vector search
  • Python and enough TypeScript to work inside the platform
  • The habit of measuring before claiming; we publish only numbers we can reproduce

Nice to have

  • Experience with GPU capacity planning or quantisation
  • Familiarity with the EU AI Act's documentation duties for providers

AI Engineer, Customer Solutions

Wolfsburg, GermanyFull timeHybrid

Be the engineer who makes an AANCER installation succeed at a German industrial or automotive customer: agents, workflows, knowledge bases and integrations built on their data, inside their network. You split time between the Wolfsburg office and customer sites.

What you would do

  • Design and build customer specific agents, workflows and knowledge pipelines on the platform
  • Run technical discovery with engineering and IT teams, and turn it into a deployment plan
  • Deploy and operate on premises installations, including air gapped ones, with the platform team behind you
  • Train partner engineers and customer admins
  • Bring what breaks in the field back to the product as reproducible issues

What we need

  • Three or more years in solutions or applied AI engineering with hands on deployment
  • Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux and enterprise identity providers
  • Python or TypeScript, and the patience to read a customer's legacy integration
  • Fluent German and English; willing to travel within Germany

Nice to have

  • Automotive or manufacturing background
  • Experience with SAP or ServiceNow integrations
