This website is built to collect as little data as possible. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party requests. The only personal data we ever receive from this site is what you choose to type into a form or send us by email. This page explains exactly what that means.

Who is responsible

The controller for any personal data processed through this website is Evntx FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Evntx", "we"). For all privacy matters, contact us at legal@aancer.ai.

What this site does not collect

No cookies are set — first-party or third-party.
No analytics or measurement scripts run in your browser.
No tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or advertising identifiers.
No requests are made to external services when you load a page. All content is served from our own infrastructure.

You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are.

Server logs

Like almost any website, this site is delivered by a hosting infrastructure that may record technical connection data — such as IP address, request time, requested URL, and user-agent string — in server logs for security, abuse prevention, and operational stability. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Log data is not used to identify visitors, is not combined with other data, and is retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Data you choose to send us

If you use one of our forms (demo request, contact, or partner enquiry) or email us directly, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, business email address, company, and your message. This data is transmitted to our own endpoint; no third-party form service sees it.

Why we process it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: answering questions, arranging a demo, or discussing a partnership. Legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract, at your request) and, where that does not apply, Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us).

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you have asked for, plus any period required by law. If a business relationship develops, the relevant data is handled under that agreement.

No sale, no sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Where service providers (for example, hosting or email infrastructure) process data on our behalf, they do so under contract, on our instructions, and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the rights set out in Articles 15–21: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@aancer.ai — we will respond without undue delay.

UAE Personal Data Protection Law

Evntx FZCO is established in the United Arab Emirates and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where the PDPL grants you rights regarding your personal data, you may exercise them through the same contact address.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles data — for example, by adding a new form — we will update this policy and its effective date. Because this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, changes are expected to be rare and will always be reflected here first.
