Regulated organisations kept hearing the same terms: to use capable AI, hand your data to someone else's cloud. Banks, hospitals, public agencies and manufacturers were being asked to trade control for capability. AANCER exists because that trade is unnecessary. Frontier-quality AI can run inside your own walls.
So we enforce sovereignty in code, not in a policy document. Data you classify as sovereign cannot reach a cloud model, and a request that would send it there returns 403 SOVEREIGNTY_BLOCK before it leaves your network. The platform verifies its own licence on your hardware with no callback to us, and it installs and runs fully air-gapped.
We license the platform and let certified partners deliver it, and those partners set and bill their own implementation services. That keeps our incentives clean: we work to make the product easier to deploy, and partners work to make each deployment succeed. Nobody profits from complexity.

No endpoint we operate ever touches your data — not for inference, not for licensing, not for telemetry. The sovereignty gate returns 403 SOVEREIGNTY_BLOCK the moment protected data heads for a cloud model.
It runs with no line home
The platform checks its own licence on your hardware and needs no callback to us. It installs and runs fully air-gapped, in your VPC or on-premises.
Evidence, not assurances
Every action is written to an append-only, hash-chained ledger. We state the platform's limits plainly rather than let you discover them in production.
You license compute, not seats
Roll AANCER out to the whole organisation without per-user or per-query metering. Wider adoption should not raise the bill.
Agents you can stop in seconds
Governed agents carry signed passports issued by your own install. Revoke one and the agent stops within 30 seconds — no passport, no execution.
