Offer Letter → E-⁠Sign → Onboarding

An offer is approved and the local model drafts the offer letter against your published comp bands — flagging anything out of band — then routes it for a final hiring approval, sends it for e-signature, and kicks off the onboarding tasks the moment it's signed. Compensation data and the candidate's terms are reasoned over on-prem; only the e-sign and task steps touch your tenant systems.
