When a Jira Service Management incident is raised, a sovereign local model enriches it — severity, blast-radius, and likely cause — then runs RAG over your IT runbooks to propose the exact remediation steps and on-call owner. The proposed runbook is posted back to the incident and announced in Slack, so responders start from a grounded plan instead of a blank issue. All reasoning stays on-prem.
